Kachka x Roux Preheat Party

We teamed up with the @kachkapdx team to not only warm up for Roux Week but also celebrate the launch of their new vodka - a uniquely Portland take on a traditional Russian-style vodka—distilled from 100% soft wheat, filtered for clarity and balance, and crafted by a family rooted in resilience and community.

We brought in some of our favorites to the @kachkafabrika space and served up creative vodka infused dishes from 🦪 🥟 from @kachkapdx + @sibeihosibeiho 🍕 alla vodka slices by Hope from @scottiespizzaparlor 🍦 from @brainfreezetreatsclub and 🍲 delicious bites from @astralpdx !
