Roux was an absolutely nourishing experience on every level. I've been seeing more and more events center womxn and purport to build community among us. But I've seen very few manage to generate the kind of magic that Roux did. The Roux Crew spared no details; every decision seemed intentional. But most importantly, they fostered an environment that normalized vulnerability, honest dialogue and friendship.
